The Italian premium liquid formula, Ofmom Liquid Formula ("Bolognese Of Mom" Formula), is known to have a composition very close to breast milk, which is a major focus in infant formula. It is made using high-quality fresh milk from Italy as the main ingredient and applies a ’Wet Process’ method similar to supplying nutrition to newborns as mothers do. Lim Jong-yoon, CEO of Hanmi Pharmaceutical, stated, "The late Chairman Lim Sung-ki evaluated the exclusive Ofmom patent liquid formula license as having a value greater than 10 trillion won, surpassing Sanofi’s technology export of 6 trillion."

The term "High Quality Fresh Milk" in Italy can only be used by companies that meet strict standards set by law. Ofmom Liquid Formula uses high-quality fresh milk from Granarolo, Italy’s leading dairy company. Granarolo is a traditional dairy specialist with a reputation of over 60 years in Europe, competing for the top positions in France’s cheese supply. Dr. Jambini, a renowned figure in Italian food production, contributed significantly to the creation of Ofmom Liquid Formula, having previously served as the former CSO of Granarolo.

To closely mimic breast milk, Ofmom Liquid Formula has been fortified with various nutrients. The ratio of whey to casein has been adjusted to resemble breast milk, providing protein, while essential fatty acids have been added to emulate the fat structure of breast milk. Additionally, a blend of carbohydrates and functional ingredients such as carnitine, choline, and taurine has been carefully formulated to create the finest liquid formula.
