As the International Children’s Day is around the corner, on May 27, 2023, “Children’s Dreams, Children’s Growth” Public Welfare Project under Bethune · Family Health Promotion Plan took place in Aegean Shopping Park, Guangfu Road, Kunming, Yunnan with warmth and excitement which was hosted by Jianzhijia Pharmaceutical Chain Group Co., Ltd. with the assistance of Beijing Happy Family Science Education and Public Welfare Promotion Center and the support of Beijing Medi’Care Co., Ltd. of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group. Children in Kunming were presented with a carefully orchestrated holiday show.
The event was attended by Ms. BAI Yingjun from the Project Business Division of Bethune Charitable Foundation, Mr. XING Dongwei from Beijing Happy Family Science Education and Public Welfare Promotion Center, representatives of Yunnan Women and Children Development Foundation, Mr. ZHANG Ke from Beijing Medi’Care Co., Ltd. of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group, a company devoted to charity and Ms. Qin Xiaoyan from Jianzhijia Pharmaceutical Chain Group Co., Ltd.
As usual, it was a charitable donation infused with love and a family time of lively merry-making. The 1,500 packs of calcium tablets donated by Beijing Medi’Care Co., Ltd. of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group showered more children/ teenagers with solicitude for their healthy growth. The same day also witnessed the presenting of the Plaque of “Strategic Cooperative Partner” by Beijing Medi’Care Co., Ltd. to Jianzhijia Pharmaceutical Chain Group Co., Ltd. Leaders from both sides expressed high recognition of the long-standing deep and good cooperative relationship and looked forward to continuing deepened cooperation in the future to achieve win-win development and promote the healthy growth of children and adolescents by uniting social forces to build a social support system for their growth and development.
After the ceremonies of donation and plaque awarding came an energetic and dynamic second half of the event in which a variety of exciting activities (such as Dream Castle, Kid Fish-Catching, Clay Modeling, Hand Painting, Trolley Run Race which was both heart-stirring and exhilarating, an interactive, clown-based show which was hilarious and amusing) indulged children and parents who participated in the event in pleasure, having a joyful and meaningful holiday.
At the event, there were not only fun-filled parent-child activities, but also one-on-one health consultations and charity care conducted for children in attendance by pediatric experts who also performed bone density measurement for children in need. The experts patiently and meticulously answered the questions of each parent who came for a consultation and imparted to them knowledge of common pediatric diseases, parenting, health care and such, helping more parents to have a correct understanding of the principles of child development, bone growth and other matters.
Fun games brought festive gaiety and children’s laughter brightened the world. The event was well received by parents and children present and ended successfully in a joyful atmosphere.
Children are the hope of families and the future of the nation and the people.
